Summary of Expertise and Cases
Practicing law since 1994, Ms. Lindholdt is an effective and committed advocate for her clients. She has demonstrated success in jury trials, criminal and civil appellate work, and administrative proceedings.
Ms. Lindholdt served as an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University College of Law where she taught Environmental Law. In 2006-2007, Ms. Lindholdt was the supervisor of the Gonzaga University College of Law’s University Legal Assistance Environmental Law Program.
Noteworthy Cases:
Safe Air For Everyone v. Wayne Meyer, et al., United States District Court for the State of Idaho, CV 02-3890. Ms. Lindholdt represented Safe Air For Everyone and several individuals with asthma and respiratory disabilities in a class-action lawsuit against the State of Idaho and farmers who burned their bluegrass fields in Idaho. Lawsuit resulted in major changes to the Idaho field burning program, as well as monetary damages to injured individuals.
Lands Council v. Martin, et al., 479 F.3d 636 (2008). Represented non-profit organization in lawsuit against the United States Forest Service for failing to properly analyze the environmental impacts of logging in a roadless area in the National Forests.
